I was an out of state buyer so all the documents and the closing were done virtually. Darbi sent all the DocuSign documents quickly and accurately. She made the whole process very quick and easy. I would recommend her to anybody and everybody!

She knows the market and keeps you posted on showings, open houses, etc. The communication lines are always open and she is very responsive to any questions you have. She also provides you with an estimate of closing costs early in the listing process so you have that information for planning. She will be our realtor in any future real estate transactions we have.

We had a three day weekend in town Showlow Pinetop area to find a summer residence. Knowing nothing of the area we needed quite a bit of information and guidance. Darbi spent the majority of an entire weekend taking us by the hand and showing us the area. She also encouraged us to go out on our own and see the local sights to get a flavor of the area. Being that the listings in the area were very minimal at the time Darbi reached out to her local contacts to find a perfect place.
